SERVICE & SUPPORT

Understanding equipment support before you buy

Know your service contact, how assessment starts and which delivery and warranty terms apply.

Discuss support for your location

When your OT equipment needs attention, knowing whom to contact matters. As you plan your hospital, talk with our team about support for your location. Here is how we work through a service request for equipment purchased through Medicare Manage.

OUR SERVICE PROCESS

  1. Send a short video.

A one-minute recording helps the team begin assessing the issue.

  2. Join a technician call.

We arrange a video call with your local biomedical technician or electrician.

  3. Arrange the required part.

Air delivery within India if a replacement part is required.

Our service process for equipment purchased through Medicare Manage.

A clear contact when you need help.

For equipment purchased through Medicare Manage, we respond to service requests within one hour, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Assessment is the next step. Repair timing depends on the issue and what is required; the one-hour commitment covers the service response.

Understand how assessment starts.

Send a one-minute video explaining the issue on WhatsApp. The team arranges a video call with your local biomedical technician or electrician to work through it.

Discuss support for your hospital’s location before purchasing. If you do not have a local technical contact, tell the team so the arrangements can be discussed before ordering.

WHEN A REPLACEMENT PART IS NEEDED

Once the required replacement part is confirmed, Medicare Manage guarantees delivery within India in 24–48 hours by air.

The delivery window starts when the required part is confirmed. This covers delivery of the part; repair completion depends on the issue and the work required.

Review warranty and charges with the team.

Covered warranty issues are handled without charge. Outside warranty, replacement parts are supplied at cost; this refers to the replacement part itself.

Ask our team to review the warranty duration, coverage and terms for your ordered equipment. Review the replacement-part price and any applicable freight or technician-visit charges separately, so you can understand which costs apply.

Work through delivery, installation, handover and training requirements together. Keep any unanswered questions in the discussion so you can review the details before you decide.

BRING TO YOUR DISCUSSION

A short list to start with.

  • Your hospital location and local technical contact, if available
  • The service contact and applicable response commitment
  • Warranty duration, coverage and any exclusions to confirm
  • Parts, freight and technician-visit charges to discuss

Share what you have; the rest can be discussed with the team.
